Measures taken We have implemented the following accessibility measures throughout the website: Semantic structure and navigation: all pages use semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and proper heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3) so that visitors using screen readers can understand page structure and navigate by landmark or heading level. Skip link: a visible "Skip to content" link at the very top of each page allows keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation elements and reach the main content immediately. Keyboard operation: every interactive element on the site (links, buttons, form fields, navigation panels, FAQ accordion controls, and card rail navigation buttons) is fully operable using a keyboard alone. Tab order follows logical reading order. The horizontal card rails can be navigated by arrow keys in addition to pointer and tab navigation. Focus indicators: all interactive elements display a clear, visible focus indicator when keyboard-focused, using a high-contrast outline and background color that meets the 7:1 contrast ratio requirement. Form design: all form fields have associated labels in the HTML (not placeholder text alone). When a form submission fails, error messages appear in text form in the page and are announced by screen readers, not conveyed by color alone. Touch targets: all interactive elements have a minimum touch-target size of 44 by 44 pixels, ensuring that buttons, links, and controls are easy to activate on touchscreen devices. Color contrast: body text and interactive elements maintain a contrast ratio of at least 7:1 against the page background. Secondary text and less critical elements maintain at least 4.5:1 contrast. These ratios have been verified by manual measurement. No color-coded information: information is never conveyed by color alone. Status indicators, errors, success messages, and other content use text labels, icons, or patterns in addition to color. Reduced motion: the site detects the prefers-reduced-motion media query and disables all animations, transitions, and auto-playing content for users who have requested reduced motion in their operating system or browser settings. Alternative text: every meaningful image on the site includes descriptive alternative text that conveys the purpose or content of the image. Purely decorative images have empty alt attributes so that they are not announced by screen readers. HTML-native content: all content is present in the HTML document itself and remains readable when JavaScript is disabled. This ensures that visitors using older assistive technologies, text-only browsers, or who have disabled JavaScript can still access the information. 4. Known limitations Horizontal card rails: the site includes horizontal scrolling card rails that display multiple items side by side. These rails can be navigated by pointer (mouse or touch), keyboard tab navigation, or arrow keys. However, the current scroll position of these rails is not announced to screen-reader users, so it may not be immediately clear when a user has reached the beginning or end of the rail. Assistive technology testing: while the site has been designed and tested for compatibility with major screen readers and keyboard navigation, it has not been tested with every assistive technology or browser combination. Users of less common tools may encounter unexpected issues. Typography and zoom: the display typeface used on the site is set at a large size with tight letter-spacing (tracking). Some readers may find this difficult to read and may prefer to override it using browser zoom or a custom stylesheet. The site is designed to support both approaches; zooming to 200 percent remains fully usable and readable. 5. Technical specification The website is built using semantic HTML5 with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions. Styling is implemented in CSS and does not affect the structure or meaning of content. The site uses ARIA attributes (such as aria-label, aria-describedby, and aria-expanded) only where necessary to clarify the purpose of interactive elements; the site minimizes ARIA use in favor of native HTML semantics. 7.
